§ 22-24A-2 exempts moms who are breastfeeding from indecency laws. § offers that a woman might breastfeed her child in any location where the mother is allowed to be and that the act of breastfeeding isn’t thought-about indecent publicity.
24 L.P.R.A. § states that a mom breastfeeding her child in any place, whether public or non-public, where she is in any other case approved to be, shall not be deemed as indecent exposure, obscene act or other punishable motion. Act No. 28 of 2007 permits moms to breastfeed in public without penalty. Breastfeeding will not be considered a nuisance, obscenity or indecent exposure underneath this law. § .9 states that a lady is allowed to breastfeed in any public or personal location, and that she is not in violation of indecent exposure laws.
