Technopolis® (Flemish Science Centre)
Technopolis® was established by the Flanders Technology International Foundation and opened its doors in 2000. Technopolis® aims at informing and making the public aware of the importance of science and technology while increasing the visibility of science in Flanders. With this perspective, the Technopolis® science centre located in Mechelen near Antwerp, proposes to visitors no less than 280 educational attractions addressing children as well as adults, making Technopolis® a place where learning is combined with fun.
Technopolis® is in charge of the local coordination and the organisation of youth workshops of the Hulda Festival in Antwerp.
